Generously coat uncooked chicken with Cugino’s Mar-Garlica Lime Madness Rubz and place in greased pan on medium heat. After about 5-6 minutes take the chicken out and cut into small cubes or strips. Put chicken back in the pan and let simmer until chicken is cooked through. In a separate greased pan sprinkle a layer of Mexican cheese on a flour tortilla. Place chicken and thin slices of avocado evenly over the cheese and place another flour tortilla on top. Flip the whole quesadilla over once the cheese is fairly melted. Once tortillas are lightly browned and cheese is fully melted, serve with sour cream and salsa and enjoy!
