Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skillet

Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skillet


  • 16 medium shrimp- cooked, peeled, deveined
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp. vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. Cugino’s Roasted Garlic Butter SIDES


Dust shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning and sauté with oil in a non-stick skillet for 3-4 minutes.  In a 2 quart sauce pan, combine water, milk and package of Cugino’s Roasted Garlic Butter SIDES and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to simmer.  Add cooked shrimp and frozen peas to sauce pan.  Simmer an additional 4 minutes.  Serve and enjoy!


Easy variations: Can use chicken, fish, broccoli or spinach.  Squeeze fresh lemon over shrimp.








Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff

Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff


  • 1 lb. braised pot roast or cooked beef tips, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Spanish onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. Cugino’s Mushroom Stroganoff SIDES



In a non-stick skillet sauté sliced mushrooms and onions in oil.  While vegetables are sautéing, prepare Cugino’s Mushroom Stroganoff SIDES according to package stove-top directions.  Combine cooked beef, vegetables and prepared pasta and continue to simmer for 1-2 minutes.  Serve and enjoy!


Easy variations: Can use ground beef or chicken








Sausage, Pepper & Onion Skillet

Sausage, Pepper & Onion Skillet


  • 12-16 oz. cooked Italian sausage or Kielbasa- sliced into 1/2″ pieces
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. Cugino’s Creamy Roasted Red Pepper SIDES


In a non-stick skillet, sauté red pepper in oil for 3 minutes.  Add green onion and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.  In a 2 quart sauce pan, prepare Cugino’s Creamy Roasted Red Pepper SIDES according to the package stove-top directions.  Add cooked sausage, red pepper and green onion to pasta and stir.  Serve and enjoy!


Easy variations: Blend in grilled onions, green bell peppers.  Substitute shrimp, beef, chicken, or fish.







Mac & Cheesy Fiesta Casserole

Mac & Cheesy Fiesta Casserole


  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked and cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. Cugino’s Mac & Cheesy Enchilada SIDES



Combine water, milk and Cugino’s Mac & Cheesy Enchilada SIDES in a 2 quart sauce pan and bring to boil.  Add cooked chicken and simmer for 3-4 minutes.  Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.  Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.  Broil in oven 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.  Remove from oven and garnish with tomatoes and green onions.  Serve and enjoy!


Easy variations: Blend in black beans, corn or Poblano peppers.  Garnish with sour cream.







Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Casserole


  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked and cut into strips
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli florets- fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ritz cracker or Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. Cugino’s Better Cheddar Broccoli SIDES



Combine water, milk and Cugino’s Better Cheddar Broccoli SIDES in a 2 quart sauce pan and bring to boil.  Add cooked chicken and steamed broccoli and simmer 2-3 minutes.  Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.  Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese and cracker or Panko bread crumbs.  Broil in oven for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.  Serve and enjoy!


Easy Variations: Can use beef, bacon, artichoke hearts, or spinach.







Chicken Alfredo Florentine

Chicken Alfredo Florentine




  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked and cut into strips
  • 2 cups packed fresh spinach, steamed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pkg. Cugino’s Alfredo Florentine SIDES





Prepare Cugino’s Alfredo Florentine SIDES according to package stove-top directions.  Combine spinach, cooked chicken and pasta.  Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.  Serve and enjoy!


Easy variations: Can use pork, fish, shrimp, or broccoli.  Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
