Charred Greek Chicken Wings


One of our most delectable recipes ever! In a bowl, coat fresh chicken wing drummettes with Cugino’s Lemon Mediterranean Marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Drain excess marinade and place on medium heated grill, turning often enough to char well but not burn. After pieces are all well cooked, place into a serving dish and pour a light coat of marinade and mix well. Serve hot and get’em while you can!

Mandarin Teriyaki Chicken Wings



An incredibly scrumptious recipe that’s good any time of the year! In a bowl, coat fresh chicken wing drummettes with Cugino’s Mandarin Teriyaki Marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Drain excess marinade and place on medium heated grill, turning often. After pieces are all well cooked, place into a serving dish and pour a light coat of marinade and mix well. Serve hot and enjoy!

Mandarin Teriyaki Chicken Wraps

Chicken Wraps


• Loose leaf lettuce (Bibb, Romaine, or Iceberg)
• 2 Cups Leftover Cubed Chicken (could use canned or fresh as well)
• 2 small carrots shredded
• 3 Tbsp Chopped Green Onion
• 3 Tbsp chopped Peanuts
• 1/3 Cup Cugino’s Mandarin Teriyaki Marinade
• 1 Tsp Sesame (optional)



Separate, wash and set lettuce aside. Stir all other ingredients in a pan on medium heat. Once mixture is heated (or cooked through if using fresh chicken), sprinkle with sesame seeds and place a large spoonful on a piece of lettuce. Enjoy!



Greek Side Salad


Fast & Fresh! This delightful dish is incredibly easy to make!  All you need to do is chop up some fresh ingredients such as cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, feta cheese, and anything else you’d like to add to make it your own. Then mix in some kalamata olives and pepperoncini and pour some of Cugino’s Lemon Mediterranean Marinade & Dressing to taste.
