We suggest using a filet of Tilapia or Orange Roughy. Place fish on a foil covered tray and spread Cugino’s Garlic Cheese Spread over the entire top side of fish. Sprinkle generously with plain Italian bread crumbs or Panko crumbs and broil on 2nd rack from top for about 20 minutes or until cooked tender and golden bubbly brown. Squeeze on fresh lemon juice and serve. “Fantastically Fabulous!”

Mouth-Watering Shrimp Alfredo

Serves 3-4

Mix 1/2 jar (8 oz) of Cugino’s Garlic Cheese Spread with equal parts milk in sauce pan on medium heat. Whisk in 3 to 4 tbsp of flour to hold mixture together. When sauce is completely melted and bubbly, add in approximately 12-14 medium sized cleaned and deveined fresh shrimp. Cook about 8-10 minutes until shrimp is tenderly firm. Pour over fresh al dente linguine or fettuccine. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. “A rich and creamy delight!”
