Debbie's Famous Sweedish Meatballs
Made With Cugino's French Onion Soup Mix
Prep Time = 15 minutes
Cook Time = 30 minutes
1 4 Cup Package Cugino's French Onion Soup Mix
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup French Bread Crumbs
3 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/3 Cup Thinly Sliced Onions(Debbie's way) or Diced Onions (Dan's way)
Up to 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
Combine Ground Beef, Egg and Bread Crumbs in a bowl, form into small meatballs and brown in skillet with 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil.
In a Sauce Pan combine water and soup mix, bring to a boil, then add Corn Starch gradually to thicken to consistency of gravy.
Drain Meatball Drippings and add the Onion Gravy to the skillet. Cook over medium heat another 5 to 10 minutes and serve with Mashed Potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
Cugino's Cheesy Enchilada Pot Roast

Cook Time = 2+ hours
1-8 Cup Pkg Cugino’s Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix
2 lbs Beef Chuck, Cubed
4 Cups Stew Vegetables
2 Cups Frozen Corn
1+ Cups Water
1 26 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
In a large Dutch oven, brown meat in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in diced tomatoes, water (to desired consistency), and soup mix. Cover, and simmer on medium-low, stirring occasionally, for 90 minutes or until beef begins to become tender. Add stew vegetables and corn. Continue simmering until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through. Garnish with grated Cheddar Cheese and serve with warm tortillas! Note: All ingredients can be combined at one time and cooked in a crock-pot as well!
Cugino’s Baked Burgundy French Onion Soup Pot Roast

2 lbs Beef Chuck, Cubed
4 Cups Stew Vegetables
1+ Cups Water
1 26 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1 – 4 Cup Pkg Cugino’s Baked Burgundy French Onion Soup Mix
In a large dutch oven, brown meat in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in diced tomatoes, water (top desired consistency), and soup mix. Cover, and simmer on medium-low, stirring occasionally, for 90 minutes or until beef begins to become tender. Add stew vegetables, and continue simmering until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through. Garnish with grated Swiss or Provolone cheese and serve with plenty of crusty bread. Note: All ingredients can be combined at one time and cooked in a crock-pot as well!

4 Cups Stew Vegetables
1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1+ Cups of Water
Grated Romano Cheese
1 – 8 Cup Pkg Cugino’s Mama’s Minestrone Soup Mix
In a large dutch oven, brown beef on medium-high heat in a 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add in tomato sauce, water (to desired consistency), and soup mix. Simmer on medium-low, stirring occasionally, for 90 minutes until beef begins to become tender. Add in stew vegetables and continue cooking until vegetables are cooked through and beef is tender. Garnish with grated cheese, and serve with plenty of crusty bread. Note: All items can be combined at one time and cooked in a crock-pot as well!
Cugino's Fresh & Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup
Prep Time = 10 minutes
Cook Time = 30 minutes
1 Red Potato, Diced
1 Small Onion Diced
1 Carrot Thinly Sliced
2 Celery Hearts Sliced
1 5-oz Can Cooked Chicken
7 Cups Water
1 – 8 Cup Box Cugino’s Chicken Noodle Knockout Soup Mix
Combine all vegetables and water in a kettle, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and soup mix. Continue to cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until noodles are al dente. Serve with your favorite saltines and enjoy!
